Our Story
Deep in the hollows of Kentucky, where the corn grows tall and the bathrooms run scarce, a legend was born. It was our founder, Jebediah Bender Levi, who first had the vision — conceived the morning after a long night of rotgut whiskey, while seated in quiet, urgent contemplation. From that humbling dawn came a mission: to craft a bourbon worthy of the suffering it causes. Bourbon Squirt is the natural conclusion of every whiskey night — aged in charred oak barrels, finished in a cold sweat, and bottled the morning after.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Warm caramel, vanilla, and quiet denial.
Palate: Rich oak, a touch of regret, and the dawning realization you have somewhere to be.
Finish: Long. Very, very long. Plan accordingly.
Food Pairings
Best enjoyed nowhere near a white sofa. Pairs exceptionally well with a cleared schedule, a nearby restroom, and a strong WiFi signal. Not recommended before road trips, important meetings, or first dates.
